Summer Training

There will be no more summer training at Woodgreen Leisure Centre as the pool closes this week. Training on Wednesday evenings will be back at Spiceball Leisure Centre from 7:15pm - 8:15pm.
Bank Holiday: Monday 30th August

Open Weekend

Banbury Swimming Club will be holding time trials to celebrate two years to go until the start of the London 2012 Olympic Games! The session will run for an hour from 10:00 am on Saturday 24th July at Spiceball Leisure Centre. It is free and open to members of the public who would like to come and have a try!
Summer Training: Wednesday

During the summer holidays (from 28th July), Wednesday evening training will be held at Woodgreen Leisure Centre from 7:15-8:15pm. This session is open to all swimmers.
Summer Training: Monday

From 19th July there will be an additional training session on a Monday evening from 7:00-8:00pm at Woodgreen Leisure Centre. This session is open to swimmers from lanes 1-2 who attend the early session on Thursday, and all swimmers who attend the later session.

Spiceball Pool Reopened

The pool at Spiceball Leisure Centre has now reopened. Training sessions will now be held back at Spiceball at the usual times.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Spiceball Leisure Centre on Monday 28th June 2010. This is where the chairman's report and club accounts are presented for the previous year, and club officers are elected for the forthcoming year. All members (including children) are invited to attend.

Club Timekeepers Course

Banbury Swimming Club is looking into running a club timekeepers course in the new year.
It is important for the club to have qualified timekeepers in order to host competitions, such as the club championships.
Being a timekeeper is an excellent way to help out the club on an occasional basis.
If you are would like to find out more, please register your interest with Sue by the end of January.

New Spiceball Leisure Centre

The new Spiceball Leisure Centre is due to open next week. The first session training session to be held at the new pool will be Wednesday 16th December at the usual time.
Please note that you will need to bring a £1 coin for the lockers.
Water Polo Session

The next water polo session will now be held on Saturday 19th September, 5:30pm to 6:30pm, at Woodgreen Leisure Centre. The pool is charging each adult (16+ yrs) £2.75 and children £1.95 - pay at reception on entry. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE.

Standing Orders
