| Learn to SwimWould you like to learn to swim? Banbury Swimming Cub run swimming lessons for juniors. Held on Tuesday evening the club offer lessons to non swimmers. Once you have learnt how to swim you can then develop your stroke and skills by training with the full club on club nights.All training and coaching is by ASA qualified coaches and teachers. Banbury Swimming Club implements the National Plan for Teaching Swimming within the club Learn to Swim programme. The Club implements the National Plan to teach swimming to provide logic and structure to the teaching process through a clearly defined development pathway. The Club has two Learn to Swim sessions: Awards 1 – 6 These take place on Tuesday evenings at Bloxham School Pool, Bloxham. Awards 7 - 12 Thursday evening and Sunday Morning at Spiceball Leisure Centre. Places on the courses are very popular and new swimmers are asked to contact the club as soon as possible to book a place.
